Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026 · Last updated October 19, 2026

FindMyLineOfCredit ("we," "us," "our"), a brand of GetLendaria operated by Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through findmylineofcredit.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to information we collect when you visit the Site, submit a pre-approval intake, or otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to the information practices of our lender partners once your file has been forwarded with your consent — each partner has its own privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you give us

When you submit a pre-approval intake we collect:

  • Identifiers: your name, business name, phone number, email address.
  • Business information: approximate monthly revenue, time in business, amount of credit sought, estimated personal FICO range.
  • Consent records: which specific lenders you authorized to contact you, with timestamps.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URL.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use first-party cookies for session management and anti-fraud, and (if enabled) analytics cookies to understand aggregate Site usage.

1.3 Information from third parties

If you reach us through an advertising or referral partner (for example a Google or Meta ad click), that partner may share with us the referral source and campaign identifier so we can attribute your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Produce a soft-pull credit tier estimate and APR range on the Site (no hard credit inquiry is performed at this stage);
  • Forward your pre-approval file to the specific lenders you authorized in the intake, so each one can underwrite your file and return an offer;
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, including by phone, text, and email;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful process, and protect our rights, your rights, and the rights of our users;
  • If you opted in, send you marketing communications about FindMyLineOfCredit products.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your intake file with any lender you did not specifically check off on the intake form. If we add a new lender partner that fits your profile after you submit, we will ask for your separate consent before sharing anything with that lender.

We share your information only in these limited ways:

  • With lenders you authorized: Each lender you checked a consent box for on the pre-approval intake receives your file along with proof of your consent for that specific lender.
  • With service providers: Hosting (Cloudflare), analytics, email and SMS delivery, fraud prevention, and legal/compliance providers — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons: If required by law, court order, or lawful process, or to defend our legal rights.
  • In a business transaction: If we are acquired, merged, or reorganized, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this policy.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for stored intake files. We limit internal access to authorized personnel with a need to know. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information in a manner consistent with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your intake information for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. In general: active inquiries are retained for 24 months from last activity; TCPA consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by federal rules; aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • Marketing communications: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
  • Lender contact: You may revoke a specific lender's TCPA consent at any time by contacting that lender directly (methods are listed in the consent language on the intake form) or by contacting us at the address below and we will relay your revocation.
  • Access, correction, deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law.
  • Cookies: Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may affect Site functionality.

California residents have additional rights described in the CCPA Notice below.

7. Children

The Site is for business owners age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S.-based businesses. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. for processing under U.S. law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email to users who have given us an email address, where feasible.

Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026 · Last updated October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as FindMyLineOfCredit, a brand of GetLendaria (collectively, "we," "us," or "FindMyLineOfCredit"). By accessing the Site at findmylineofcredit.com, submitting a pre-approval intake, or otherwise using our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. The Services

FindMyLineOfCredit is a lender-match marketplace. We are not a lender. We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, approve or deny credit, or extend credit of any kind. We route your pre-approval file to specific lenders you choose on our intake form, and those lenders — each of which has its own underwriting policies, documents, and loan agreements — decide whether to extend credit on what terms.

2. No Guarantees

  • No guarantee of approval: Submitting a pre-approval intake does not guarantee that any lender will approve you, offer you credit, or offer credit at any specific rate or amount.
  • Soft-pull estimates are estimates: The "Credit Tier" and "APR Range" displayed on the intake form are based on your self-reported inputs and generalized industry models. They are not an offer of credit. Final rates and terms depend on each lender's full underwriting review of your business.
  • Partner lender rates are illustrative: Any rate ranges displayed for our partner lenders are illustrative examples. Final rates depend on each lender's underwriting and may differ.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are:

  • At least 18 years old;
  • The owner, officer, or authorized representative of the business you are seeking credit for, with authority to bind the business and share its information;
  • Submitting accurate, complete, and truthful information;
  • Located in and operating a business in the United States.

4. Your Account and Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Impersonate another person or business;
  • Use the Site in a way that violates law or any third party's rights;
  • Attempt to interfere with or circumvent the Site's security, access controls, or rate limits;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the "FindMyLineOfCredit" and "GetLendaria" names and marks, is owned by Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except for your own non-commercial, personal use of the Services.

The information you submit through the intake form remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, transmit, and share it with the specific lenders you authorized, for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that any pre-approval estimate, lender match, or communication will result in a loan being extended on any particular terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • No consequential damages: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from or related to the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Cap on direct damages: Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) $100, or (b) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, for most users, is zero because the Services are free to you — the lenders pay us a referral fee when they fund a deal).

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindMyLineOfCredit, GetLendaria, Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any lender's rights, in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@findmylineofcredit.com with a written description of the dispute. We will have 60 days to attempt resolution.

Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator — not any federal, state, or local court — will have exclusive authority to resolve the dispute, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for a dispute within that court's jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and we agree that any claim will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's claims and may not preside over any representative or class proceeding.

Opt-out of arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@findmylineofcredit.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, address, and that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The federal and state courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give you notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new "Last updated" date and, where feasible, by email to users who have given us an email address. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept them.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, TCPA Consent Terms, and any additional terms you accept, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.
  • Contact: legal@findmylineofcredit.com for legal notices, or write to Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, California.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice

For California residents · Effective October 19, 2026

If you are a California resident, this CCPA Notice supplements our Privacy Policy with disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").

1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, business name, IP address, device identifiers;
  • Commercial information — approximate monthly revenue, time in business, amount of credit sought, estimated FICO range;
  • Internet or other electronic activity information — pages viewed on the Site, timestamps, referring URL, interactions with form fields;
  • Inferences — soft-pull credit tier estimate derived from inputs you provided.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA (such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, or financial account credentials) through our pre-approval intake. Any such information collected later in the lending process is handled by the specific lender(s) you authorized, under their privacy policies.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you (through the intake form), automatically from your device (cookies, device data), and from referral partners if you arrive at the Site through an advertisement or referral.

3. Purposes for Collection and Use

See Privacy Policy §2 for the full list. In summary: to produce your soft-pull estimate, to forward your file to the lenders you authorized, to communicate with you about your inquiry, and to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

4. Categories of Third Parties with Whom We Share

  • Partner lenders you specifically authorized on the intake form;
  • Service providers for hosting, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, and legal compliance;
  • Legal / government recipients as required by law or lawful process.

5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the past 12 months, we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, including from any user we know to be under 16.

6. Your CCPA Rights

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients;
  • Access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., when retention is required for legal compliance);
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable here because we don't sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may still submit this request;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — not applicable here because we don't collect sensitive personal information through the pre-approval intake;
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.

7. How to Exercise Your Rights

Email us at privacy@findmylineofcredit.com or call (323) 435-6443 with the subject line "CCPA Request" and a description of which right you are exercising.

We will verify your identity before honoring the request, typically by asking you to confirm information you previously provided through the intake form. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request (extendable by another 45 days if we notify you).

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.

8. Shine the Light

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information for third parties' own direct marketing purposes without consent.

Electronic Signature & Electronic Records Disclosure (E-SIGN)

Effective October 21, 2026

This E-SIGN Disclosure is provided under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7001 et seq., the "E-SIGN Act") and applicable state analogues (e.g., California's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1633.1–1633.17). By using our Services and submitting the pre-approval intake form, you consent to the following.

1. Consent to Electronic Records

You agree that we may provide you with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the TCPA Consent Terms, this E-SIGN Disclosure, the CCPA Notice, state-specific notices below, and any other disclosure, notice, agreement, consent, authorization, record, or communication required by law or contract (collectively, "Communications") in electronic form rather than paper. Electronic Communications may be delivered on our website, in an in-browser disclosure, via email to the address you provided, or via text message if you have provided prior express consent for texts.

2. Consent to Electronic Signatures

You agree that any action you take on our website that signals assent — including checking a consent box, clicking a "Submit," "Continue," "Pay & submit," or similar button, or typing your name into a signature field — constitutes your electronic signature and is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature on paper. Your electronic signature is binding on you and legally enforceable in the same manner as a wet-ink signature.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Communications, you need: (a) a device with internet access and a current version of a mainstream web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) that supports TLS 1.2+ and 128-bit encryption; (b) a working email account to receive Communications and the ability to download, save, or print PDF or HTML; (c) sufficient storage to retain Communications or the ability to print them. If these requirements change in any material way, we will notify you.

4. Withdrawal of Consent and Paper Copies

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by emailing legal@findmylineofcredit.com with the subject line "E-SIGN Withdrawal." Withdrawal of consent is prospective only; it does not retroactively invalidate any electronic Communication already provided or any electronic signature already executed. You may also request a free paper copy of any specific electronic Communication by writing to the same address.

5. Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping the email address, phone number, and mailing address you provided to us accurate and current. We satisfy any legal requirement to deliver Communications when we deliver them to the most recent address or number you provided. To update, email privacy@findmylineofcredit.com.

6. Retention

We retain electronic records of your Communications and electronic signatures as described in our Privacy Policy. We recommend that you also download and save a copy of these Terms and any Communications you receive.

Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Disclosure & Soft-Inquiry Authorization

Effective October 21, 2026

When you submit the pre-approval intake form, you authorize us and the lenders you selected (the "Selected Lenders") to obtain certain information about you and your business from consumer reporting agencies and other sources, consistent with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. (the "FCRA"), and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1691 et seq. (the "ECOA").

1. Permissible Purpose

You instruct us and the Selected Lenders to obtain consumer and commercial credit reports and related information about you and your business for the following FCRA-permissible purposes (15 U.S.C. § 1681b(a)(3)):

  • To evaluate your eligibility for a business line of credit, term loan, invoice-financing facility, equipment loan, SBA line, or similar commercial credit product, each of which you have initiated by submitting this intake form, and
  • To review your file in connection with an account or credit transaction you have initiated or have an ongoing business relationship with.

2. Soft Inquiry Only at Pre-Qualification

During pre-qualification, the credit inquiry made by us and the Selected Lenders is a soft inquiry only. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score, is not visible to other lenders or creditors, and does not appear on the version of the credit report furnished to third parties for underwriting purposes.

3. Hard Inquiry Only Upon Your Acceptance of an Offer

A hard credit inquiry will not be initiated unless and until you accept a specific credit offer from a specific Selected Lender. When you accept an offer, that lender may conduct a hard inquiry as part of its final underwriting, which may be reflected on your consumer or commercial credit report and may have a limited, short-term effect on your credit score. The Selected Lender will provide you with its own FCRA notices at that time.

4. Adverse-Action Notices

If a Selected Lender declines to offer you credit or offers you credit on materially less favorable terms than its most favorable product based in whole or in part on information in a consumer or commercial credit report, that lender — not FindMyLineOfCredit — is responsible for providing you with any required FCRA adverse-action notice.

5. Information We May Share

We share your intake information, including the fact that we obtained a soft credit inquiry, with the Selected Lenders you authorized. We do not sell your information to data brokers, aggregators, or non-selected lenders. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of recipients and purposes.

6. Your FCRA Rights

You have the right to request a free copy of your consumer credit report annually from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) at annualcreditreport.com. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your file directly with the consumer reporting agency. A summary of your FCRA rights is available from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov.

What We Are and Are Not

Effective October 21, 2026

Transparency about our role is important to us and is also required under various state laws. The following positioning statement describes our business.

1. We are a lead-generation and matching marketplace

FindMyLineOfCredit is an online matching marketplace operated by Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC. We connect small business owners who are seeking commercial credit with vetted commercial lenders. Our role is limited to:

  • Collecting information you voluntarily submit through our intake form;
  • Running internal pre-qualification scoring and routing logic;
  • Forwarding your file to the Selected Lenders you expressly authorize; and
  • Optionally, for a flat priority-routing fee, tagging your file for expedited review inside each Selected Lender's queue.

2. We are NOT any of the following

  • Not a lender. We do not originate, underwrite, fund, service, or collect on any loan, line of credit, factor, or other credit product. All credit decisions are made by the Selected Lenders in their sole discretion under their own underwriting criteria.
  • Not a broker. We do not negotiate credit terms on your behalf, do not represent you to the lenders, and do not have a fiduciary relationship with you. The Selected Lenders deal directly with you.
  • Not a servicer. We do not service, bill, collect on, or otherwise administer any credit product you obtain through the Services.
  • Not a credit services organization (CSO). We do not offer, provide, or sell any service to improve your credit record, history, or rating; obtain an extension of credit for you (we only forward your authorized file to lenders); or offer advice or assistance in doing either. We are therefore not a "credit services organization" under state CSO statutes, including Texas Finance Code Chapter 393, Florida Statutes § 817.7001 et seq., California Civil Code § 1789.10 et seq., and New York General Business Law § 458-a et seq.
  • Not a credit repair organization. We do not offer any service covered by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679 et seq.
  • Not a consumer reporting agency. We do not compile, maintain, or furnish consumer reports as defined by the FCRA.

3. The $9.99 Priority Routing Fee

If you elect to pay the optional $9.99 priority routing fee, you are paying for one and only one thing: a priority queue tag that is forwarded to each Selected Lender along with your file, requesting same-business-day initial contact. The fee is not a loan-origination fee, broker fee, finder's fee, advance fee for credit, credit services fee, or application fee. The fee does not improve, repair, or in any way alter your credit rating or history. Payment of the fee does not guarantee that any Selected Lender will approve you, contact you faster, or contact you at all. The fee is non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.

4. State-Specific Notices

California Residents

FindMyLineOfCredit is not a California "finance lender" and is not required to be licensed under the California Financing Law (Fin. Code § 22000 et seq.). We do not make, broker, or arrange loans for California residents or businesses. If any Selected Lender is required to be licensed to lend to you in California, that lender — not FindMyLineOfCredit — is the licensee.

Florida Residents

FindMyLineOfCredit does not provide any service covered by Florida Statutes § 817.7001 et seq. (Credit Service Organizations Act). We do not sell, provide, or perform, or offer to sell, provide, or perform, any service to a buyer in return for the payment of money or other valuable consideration for the purpose of (i) improving a buyer's credit record, history, or rating; (ii) obtaining an extension of credit for a buyer; or (iii) providing advice or assistance to a buyer with regard to either of the foregoing. The $9.99 priority routing fee is not consideration for any such service.

Texas Residents

FindMyLineOfCredit is not a "credit services organization" as defined in Texas Finance Code § 393.001(3). We do not perform or represent that we can perform any of the services listed in that statute. Texas residents are not required to pay any fee in advance to obtain credit or an extension of credit through our Services; the $9.99 priority routing fee is optional and is for queue-tagging only, as described above.

New York Residents

FindMyLineOfCredit is not a "credit services business" as defined in New York General Business Law § 458-a. We do not perform or represent that we can perform any of the services listed in that statute. We are not a "licensed lender" under the New York Banking Law and do not make, broker, or arrange loans for New York residents or businesses.

Other States

Where additional state-specific notices are required, we will provide them through the intake form or by email. If you believe a state-specific notice is required but has not been provided, please contact legal@findmylineofcredit.com.
